The lid closes and secures with buckles as well as YKK brand velcro around the opening. The buckles have concealed clips to allow easy access. The bag attaches with 2 velcro and leather straps on the back, which allows it to fit even the smallest sissy bar backrest. The bottom also attaches to a rack with nylon staps with adjustable clips. One of the key features of this bag is that the back part is angled to conform properly to the angle of your sissy bar. No ugly gap between the bag and the backrest, like other companie's bags.
